Overview:
A new way to acquire rhinoplasty skills! Adam, Rouilly Limited has launched a new rhinoplasty training model that was developed in conjunction with David Willatt, Consultant ENT Surgeon at Hope Hospital, Salford.
This unique model has been designed for both cosmetic and functional rhinoplasty courses.
Problem:
Rhinoplasty surgery is a common but complex surgical procedure requiring highly skilled surgical techniques to change the shape and/or size of the nose (cosmetic rhinoplasty) or to improve the nasal airway (functional rhinoplasty).
Solution:
The rhinoplasty model allows students to learn procedures to perform:
Cosmetic surgery
Straightening and improving nose structure
Restructuring and remodelling nose structure - particularly a broken nose.
Technical Features:
The model consists of a weighted head to provide stability during practice. The model is supplied with a nasal insert, cartilage and cover disposable parts for surgical manipulation.
Replacement nasal inserts, covers and cartilage are available in packs of three.
