Overview
delivering... is an internet based system, which allows you to record strategic plans and directions. Individuals can then record their actions and link them to directions. It is easy to use but sophisticated and flexible in its reporting.
The performance and risk module records regular progress updates on key actions, and uses a traffic light system to report on these and assess their risk impact. The system can produce risk registers for the organisation as a whole and for local teams.
Background
delivering... was developed by NHS people at senior management and Board level, to help create an integrated planning system following an organisational merger. Our NHS background ensures that the system is readily able to respond to the changing environment of the NHS.
The system is fully operational in a Three Star NHS Trust, where it has contributed to the achievement of the Investors in People award, and it was commended as good practice by the Healthcare Commission. The system has been sold on licence to other organisations.

Technical Features
The system is hosted on the internet with secure, authorised access for users. The only technical requirement for an organisation is to have internet access with Internet Explorer v5 (or higher) browsers.
