The Calderdale Framework 2 Day Facilitated Workshop provides the organisation/service with facilitated implementation of The Calderdale Framework to ensure competency trained staff, possible new role development and effective service provision.
Day 1
Introduction to the CF in context of local and national drivers (awareness raising)
Service Analysis - Practical Session
Task Analysis - Practical Session
Outcome of Day 1:
Participants will understand local national challenges, have an understanding of the CF and will have carried out a service task analysis.
Day 2
Task Analysis - Practical Session (continuation from Day 1)
Competency generation - Practical Session
Support Systems
Start planning training schedule and understand potential links to FE/HE
Understand how to sustain in practice
Outcome of Day 2:
Participants will have skills to task analyse, write competencies, recognise need for key factors to be included in governance arrangements, understand training needs and understand how to sustain in practice.
